Regardless of their claims at trying to find a causal link, any statistician worth their salt knows that these are just correlations. There can be deeper causes for all of this happening that can't be captured by pure data.

Their point generally seems to be that younger people drink less and socialize more, however. Lower alcohol consumption seems to be responsible for all of this shit.
