1) Above average intelligence Nigerians who run scam organisations paid for by the government. Disability support and elderly care ventures where they staff all the management positions with family members and all the actual jobs are done by Filipinas and Indians.

2) Sudanese who form gangs and take over entire neighbourhoods. They have frequent gang wars and will threaten you if you so much as catch a train through their hood.
