I have 40+ threads hidden rn. yeah even with filters it's shit. maybe if you're in a healthy state of mind and can mindfully filter shit from thought provoking threads Anon Babble, especially the hobby boards, can be fun probably. but I am not healthy. I just use this site to dissociate. if you wanna try working on yourself leave your discord if ya want. maybe it reduces the likelihood of relapsing. Im going to bed soon though (eurofag)

I dont know, whatever. Exercise, reading, movies, meeting people irl, events. But probably this wont be enough, I aint exercising or reading all day, I will probably have to find something more eccentric and adrenaline made, like street racing, fight club or some project I can dedicate my life to. Probably will get another job to pass time and make some income.

I'm not angry at it but I too think this place is aids. It used to be a lot better. Some of this was because of co-ordinated psyops. Some of it was probably natural but also downstream from that. It afflicts the boards of discussion in particular. It's not completely over though. You can be a light in the darkness in a way (I don't like using that in this context because it feels like it bastardized it but you know what I mean). There are alternatives out there as well, you don't want to limit your scope, firstly of what it, but also what can be, because a community like this, that you once loved, has devolved. Smaller contained discussion is also better, and that's still possible here if you have a good idea for a thread. If it's too terrible for you though, do not stay here. Maybe come from time to time, but if it really offers nothing, it's just not worth it. Why waste time?
What are good alternatives? Finding active social sites outside of the Big 3 + Discord is difficult.

There are more than that, you can find them if you look for them. I don't really want to list them off just because, while I'm sure it would probably be fine, I wouldn't want any malicious forces to try and ruin them.

Alright. Like I said I haven't used much of some of them, I don't know if they are good or what they are all about but I knew of their existence. Sharing is ok, I'm just iffy about it. I appreciate you sharing. I looked through a few and there are some that are alright but I have to lurk a bit longer to really get a feel for stuff. I've noticed most sites have a few active boards and then a wasteland of dead ones. I'll assume this is pretty standard for alt sites and trying to participate where people actually hang out.

Yep. Also, I mentioned 8kun, I think that one might be down. The original url I remembered is inactive. Using different browsers to look for these is good, some will censor them. On microsoft edge for example, you will find all sorts of other urls before you ever find Anon Babble in the pages, and I assume it's the same for other chans.
