Yes. I did all i could. I started playing thr violin in elementary school, by middle school i was already going to competitions. I also had perfect grades and went to maths, physics, etc. competitons too. I didn't think about girls, but it didn't matter because none of them paid any attention to me, though i did regularly get bullied by the kids, probably out of jealousy for my perfect grades, but i don't know. I had no friends. When i entered high school i started working out and doing martial arts so people would sto bullying me (i was pretty tall, but very thin). I also joined a book club and the church choir. I kept getting better at violin, maths, physics, started reading philosophy and i went to international competitions. But the bullying persisted, this time definitely because of jealousy. Again, all the girls ignored me, but i still asked a girl i had a crush on to hang out after school, she laughed and said no. In my book club there was a girl my age who liked reading the same books i'd read a few years earlier so we would often talk a lot. After a few months of talking i asked her if she wanted to go see a movie. She said no and said she isn't interested in a relationship. A month later she got a boyfriend. In my church choir there was another girl whom i talked to a lot, i asked her out, she had a boyfriend. After that she basically stopped talking to me. I finished high school with 0 friends but had perfect grades and international competitions under my belt so i could get into any uni i wanted. During every summer in high school i worked at a supermarket, but never met anyone my age, except 2 girls who hated my guts for apparently no reason (wouldn't even speak to me when we had the same shift) and had boyfriends anyway. I already retold the part about uni.
