Does anyone have any clue why O-DSMT and Tapentadol are both NRIs but I can do a shitton of O-DSMT and feel no anxiety but Tapentadol not only makes me panic but also dilates my pupils if I take 200+mg but O-DSMT doesn't dilate them even slightly?

Yeh it's fairly reinforcing. Many report it as quite fiendish, which is something to bear in with the SERT action. Personality I didn't like it THAT much (assuming I didn't get ripped off). Kinda low key glad about it 2bh. Sleep was also weird afterwards. I did redose though.
