world as a bigger picture
you're contemplating on your immediate misery due to the lack of your carnal needs,
I'm sorry anon, but there were many famous people and philosophers that very well did write and philosophize essentially because of their own tortured carnal needs. Schopenhauer is one good example already ITT, but there were others like Cioran, Kierkegaard, if we are talking about literature, Kafka, Dostoevsky, Plath, etc., the list could go on. A lot of their writings were just reflections and copes for their own tortured lives. Dostoevsky's most infamous character that he named after himself was his most wretched, for example.
Philosophers did a lot of writing:
Hence, it will be found that the fundamental fault of the female character is that it has no sense of justice. This is mainly due to the fact, already mentioned, that women are defective in the powers of reasoning and deliberation; but it is also traceable to the position which Nature has assigned to them as the weaker sex. They are dependent, not upon strength, but upon craft; and hence their instinctive capacity for cunning, and their ineradicable tendency to say what is not true.
Incels do a lot of writing, the format is different but the writing is there. How do you like the above? It sounds right out of an incel's mouth. That's schopenhauer. You probably remember the copypasted and screencapped effortposts that can posted now and then, these are the same insights. Actually, there are even closer examples; Many figures had journals that we get a lot of their philosophy from. If nothing else, comments are a very modern form of journaling, writing one's thoughts, etc.
