All the money one has paid throughout their lives to the retirement systems and funds is already spent on yacths and hypercars and blackjack and hookers. The people who would pay for your retirement are not you and the people who took retirement money from you, but the next generations of unwashed masses, who were to be relentlessly exploited and robbed for decades and decades.
SInce the population won't grow even with the import of the infinite cheap workforce, but starts to diminish, everything will crumble, because no cunt who ever took money from you will be able to keep a single promise given. The whole thing will just crumble, because there is literally no money and nobody produces the value anymore, that the top classes can leech from. They'll go just as bankrupt and will be just as useless as any neet is, the moment the flow of the money from the unwashed peasant stops.
Once everybody we'll agree on these basics, then we'll be able to design proper solutions and build a proper future for the humanity at large, not just some select cunts.

Shit like this has been tried, and it doesn't raise birth rates. People aren't not having kids because it's too expensive, so solutions that are meant to funnel money to them and making being childless more expensive won't work. The countries with the lowest birthrates are also the ones that are the most prosperous economically, and with the greatest amounts of social programs to help with raising children. The main issue is that people have too much shit they'd rather be doing than raising kids. And it's not something that's simple to address.
