It's a lot of fun if you like autistically categorizing everything with a rating. At least 90% of my ratings are 3.5 out of 5 and above so I pretty much only listen to stuff I know I'll like for the most part.
My friend I was talking about was a huge movie buff. There's a website like RYM but for movies called letterboxd and she had nearly 3000 movies cataloged on there. I don't even know how you can watch that many. I'm too ADHD to sit around and watch movies for the most part, plus my taste is super specific. What kind of hobbies do you want to get into? I usually just play video games or read books, maybe rarely watch a movie. I'm not big into anime or anything like that.

I do the same thing with my RYM account too, you can put stuff on your wishlist to listen to. I have over 1700 albums and EPs and stuff on it. Likely never gonna get through it in my entire lifetime and I keep adding to it. Music is one of my two main autistic interests.
What kind of books did you get? I personally go for the postmodern stuff, same with movies. Postmodernism is one of my favorite art movements. I just love that meta fourth wall breaking shit a lot.
