true. Keep it cluttered all your want. Have tons of pillows shirts boxes plushies toys whatever everywhere. It's comfy. But ANY kind of food or perishable NEEDS to be taken care of immediately otherwise you genuinely start to become disgusting. Living with bugs in your room is horrible.

It's genuinely insane how I unironically believe this now. Obviously it wouldn't solve all your issues but I do think it would absolutely raise a man's confidence and alleviate a lot of anxieties. Because at a certain age, how can you enter the dating scene smoothly as a virgin? Not saying that it's impossible but let's be real. looked into Russell A Barkleys "Taking charge of Adult ADHD"? I think he offers a lot of sound strategies and you will recognize your condition pretty well in hid description of it.
If you suspect your condition have moved into depression you should look for a shrink or change in your life style as soon as possible, or try to find a goal that makes all your personal sacrifices worth it.

Yup, some days I just feel like ripping off my own head throwing it across the room. It's brutal, it's genuinely tough not to feel so bitter these days but luckily I've already accumulated quite a bit in terms of personal wins that will hopefully lead to me getting my life in order. It's tough not only accepting that your whole life was basically a lie but also trying to undo a whole lifetime of bad habits while simultaneously learning new ones that you should've learned since your were like 12 or something. But we're all gonna make as we say. Thanks for the video recommendation.
