Robot, why don't you look like this?

I do look like that.
Except I'm 5'10 and not 6 ft.

Because i work 40 hours a week and have college

The ability to have big muscles and visible abs is mostly just genetic luck. Most men barely look different from years of intense strength training.

haha you're getting mogged by a teenager

i do look like that but 160 lbs
just cut to 10-12% bodyfat and you will have abs irregardless

IMG_6137.jpg - 1206x1042, 1.35M

you look like shit do you even lift?

what a stupid image for feedback on your physique. can't see his upper pecs shoulders traps arms ANYTHING. the most unobstructed part of this image is his upper penile area. what a faggot

It's all just random genetic luck, most men's ab muscles just aren't shaped in a way that makes them visibly pop out, even at unhealthily low bodyfat percentage.

I was 65kg at 184cm, still no abs.

I've been 55kg (at 5'8) and I was STILL skinny fat, you could put me in Auschwitz for a year and I'd still be pudgy in the middle.

I like pizza
Also only gay men take shirtless pics of themselves

i noticed you posted this without including your own physique anon
that pic is in absolute worst lighting and my abs are still visible

then train your abs for hypertrophy. its not rocket science, you are just lazy

I'll be trans soon, I don't need to abs

what's the point? he doesn't have the genetics for it. you're better off playing to your strengths.

Congrats on randomly being born with good ab genes, anon. We're all really proud of you for having something thanks to genetic RNG.
Hypertrophy training doesn't change your genetics. Some people just don't have prominent muscles, including abs, hypertrophy training or not.

nothing i ever say to people like you will ever change your mind because you have such a defeatist mindset.

> why bother i dont have the perfect 8 pack ab genetics its pointless

every person has abdominal muscles, every person can train them and increase their size, and every person can cut bodyfat to make them more visible. stop with the genetics cope, like sure you wont have fitness model tier abs but abs are still abs to women, they cant tell the difference

uh huh yeah my abs are because of genetics and not because i cut hard and trained them like hell for months

I think part of the problem here is that people these days believe everything is about weight and diet, neglecting the physical exercise aspect of things.
Back in the day people knew that if you wanted abs, you had to WORK them HARD. Now it's just "a good body is made in the kitchen!" and steroids.

Yeah, they're because of genetics. Doing some ab work and not pigging out all the time isn't an accomplishment. I do that too and guess what, all I have is a flat stomach because I'm less genetically lucky than you are. Go try to impress people somewhere else.

yeah for sure bro. im sure your 5 situps and eating one less donut than usual not leading to abs is because of genetics. maybe if youre a pajeet id believe it

this is the hugest cope. bad genes means your abs are uneven but if you can't see them at all it means you're too fat or just haven't trained them hard. cope dude.

rare frog W

None of you know what you're talking about. Everyone has an upper limit, everyone hits a muscle building plateau at some point, you can't just train them until they're as prominent as you want. It's all about genetic luck. FWIW I'm also a framecel, my wrists are barely over 6" circumference. That measurement in particular has been proven as a very accurate predictor of muscular upper limits. Some people just don't have the genetics for building good muscles.

Mfs will make 20 excuses just to not lift.

what ab exercises did you do? how much did you eat? calories? protein? how much sleep did you get? what split were you running and how often did you train?

why don't you look like this

Because I'm considerably more muscular and weigh over 20kg more than OP.

uwu.jpg - 490x497, 40.31K

dude this is fucking cope. yeah theres an upper limit to muscular development but if you cant see your abs at all you're nowhere fucking near it you dipshit. no ones upper limit is "not possible to have visibly developed abs" unless they're severely crippled or something.

No gril would choose you over him

I don't want to get into it because you'll just say "bro you just need to torture yourself at least 3x more intensely like I totally did". Why don't you tell me what YOU did instead? The thing is that for every guy who says "I had to put myself through hell for my body", there's another who says some shit like "uhhh I play sports and go on hiking trails sometimes". It's clearly just genetic luck.

That's ok, they'd choose me over you and 99.99% of guys, which is sufficient for me.

Robot, why don't you look like this?

Because I'd still be a bald manlet NEET autist.

Some people just can't get them. That's why most fitness women don't have them, they just have flat stomachs because that's all they can get. The same is true for a lot of guys who didn't get lucky with their muscle genetics. A lot of guys just can't get very big muscles.

Cause skinni, small, and 88 pounds

No gril would choose you over him

post your physique anon

sure, i doubt you will do anything with this info but maybe some other anon will. i did 3 sets of abs every day of my PPL split, alternating between upper abs (weighted decline crunches), lower abs (leg raises, theres like 20 different progressions of these), and obliques (side raises or russian twists). i do, starting from monday, PPLRPPR. i ate at around 1500cal, 200ish grams of protein for 4 or 5 months to cut down to 160lbs, and always got 8 to 9 hours of sleep. the most important things in this routine are consistency. dont do cheat meals, minimize carbs, always get enough rest or you will be tired af. and you absolutely have to push yourself at the gym

because women are retarded and have no idea how to strength train

The same is true for a lot of guys who didn't get lucky with their muscle genetics. A lot of guys just can't get very big muscles.

Unless you have cerebral palsy or some shit, you can get big. It's not even difficult.

adding to this: did some mild cardio here and there like playing pickleball. i also did a lot of bouldering, which is great for forearms and back. i ate protein in intervals of 3 hours throughout each day to maximize protein synthesis

this is true buy my supplements and you too can get totally yoked

Unless you enjoy this, it's overkill.

dont know what to tell you bro, i didnt do this for abs, but just to be lean and strong in general. abs were just a side benefit and i definitely enjoy lifting and living a lifestyle around exercise

I'm sure it's enjoyable when you know you aren't a framecel and that you'll end up looking better from it.

... How low is your bar?
