Swiping that much isn't that ridiculous if you're spamming it. When I was on tinder years ago I would do like 100 swipes in 5-10 minutes. If he's in an area with a lot of women, and swipes like an hour a day he could hit that.
It is a complete waste though and time he will never get back.
