Finasteride was the cure for balding and was invented in the 1990s but you need to take it before your hair fully dies.
You can still get your hair back even if you let your follicles fully die but it'll require follicular unit transplantation from the back of your head and then taking finasteride for life after that.
Really anyone who's bald nowadays chose to be bald. The cure has existed since the 90s. Except maybe cancer patients since that kind of balding is caused by chemo and isn't the same as male pattern baldness.

Fuck I take this back, actually fin blocks the conversion of test to dht, you'd actually have MORE test left over after taking it. So it does affect anabolics but only positively (as dht doesn't actually have anabolic activation in the body.

Now the problem is that if you have too much test most of it has to be converted into something else, usually estrogen, but estrogen doesn't make you weaker, it actually can make your bones and tissue stronger, so the effect on muscle mass shouldn't be affected really since your test is still the same or higher. But the higher estrogen is sometimes why dude get gyno and from being fat fucks, and being fat can also raise estrogen levelsm
