I work the trades, I could build a house, I can fix a car, repair electronics and machinery.

I'm good at reversing diseases, playing guitars, entertaining (certain kinds of) people, making people comfortable and trusting, frugality, etc

i dunno i can do probably anything at an acceptable level of proficiency if you give me a little bit to figure it out

objectively, I'm a jack-of-some-trades. I know how to do a bunch of things to varying degrees of knowledge and practice, some I could even make money off of if I wasn't fucked in the head.
given that most things I know I've learned because I was interested in or liked, I could say I "have a lot of hobbies".
I could sum most of those by saying I like repairing things, big and small, even if I complain about it all the time I'm doing it because I'm a bit out of shape. In recent memory, I've rewired a ventilation fan in my bathroom, fixed tiles in a patio, modified extensively a toolbox and straightened its sheet metal, made a makeshift welding table (tho it's just a flat metal sheet to cover a wooden table), fixed many LED bulbs, (broke and) fixed my door, painted my parents and my room, filled up leaking cracks in my poorly built concrete roof, fixed my grandma's p-trap under the sink.
I'm an electrician, technically, and I have the book of regulations so I can make a law abiding instalation, given some funding. I've wanted to make the grounding line in my home but it's just too much cash.

I'm kind of a jack of all trades when it comes to tech. My main thing is programming and my knowledge there is already pretty wide, but I can also do some design, art, music, I can design fpgas etc.
Is it really useful? I get jobs but I think the priducts my clients want are useless, that's not my fault though.

There are also some basic things, I'm good at cooking, good knowledge of fitness and nutrition.

programming, accounting, and taking on the burdensome problems of others, especially women's emotional problems. im often used as foids emotional tampons and they discard me.

I can work, people think im funny, and before drug addiction and mentally illnesses getting worse (working on fixing that), I was dependable and could take on others problems with little complaint.
