I would have to agree. I was born in 1980 so I don't know if I'm gen x, but I definitely grew up around them. I think it's the generation with the least self awareness by far. A lot of them look like shit now from living the "I don't even care, man" lifestyle for so long.

They were in their 20s when he left office. They have had so much time. Their problem? They didn't care. They don't give a fuck. They overdosed on MTV and "adult cartoons" and the nearly limitless freedom that the generations before them had -- and that I DON'T HAVE. That MILLENIALS don't have. Gen Alpha? Will grow up in a hologram world. A bubble. In unreality.
Gen X got cheap college, good education, old world lifestyle. They're always bragging about it. And what did they do? They ruined it for everyone else. Everyone.

I like Gen Z and tend to dislike my own generation, Millennials. The key difference in my mind is that Millennials believed Boomer lies and knew no better until it was too late, Gen Z awakened much earlier.

Gen-X are a shit generation but they're better then gen-z by a long shot. Granted I'm a millennial so I don't deal with Gen-X very often.

WW2 gen:

"Take care of yourself and don't expect help from no one else". Their basic mantra is self sufficiency at all costs and anyone who can't make it deserves to fail.

Boomers:

"I want everything for myself right now and fuck everyone else"

Gen-X

pragmatists who don't believe in the system but are to apathetic to truly fight back (similar to Chinese attitude with the CCP). They cling to their gen-z children making gen-z socially stunted.

Millennials

They make everything political out of a hamfisted desire to fix social problems (this is why the culture wars began when the core millennial wave came of age). The reason for this is because they remember an economic golden age (80s/90s) unlike zoomers and are desperate to revert things back.
